Payment:

Payment is accepted via PayPal and credit card. Online orders will not be shipped until payment as cleared.

Shipping:

Shipping is via United States Postal Service. All paintings are shipped with insurance and have a tracking #. If interested in international shipping outside of USA please contact Kate. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return the item refunds are accepted as long as items are in original state and packaging with no damage. Shipping returns is the responsibility of the purchaser and refund will not be given until item is received and found to be in original state and packaging with no damage. It is recommended to ship back in the packaging it arrived in. Refunds will be granted via the method items was originally paid for. Refunds are granted no more then 60 days from purchase date.
